These Samsung devices will get Android 8.0 Oreo update

Samsung is currently testing the beta version of Android 8.0 Oreo on Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus in some European countries and has recently seeded the 3rd beta update to the devices. The company is expected to roll out the stable Oreo update to the Galaxy S series flagships next month or in January followed by other devices like the Galaxy Note series flagship Galaxy Note 8, Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge and others.

Now, a list has been leaked on Chinese weibo that shows the Samsung devices that will get the Android 8 Oreo update along with the Samsung flagships. This leaked list not only shows some of the devices that have received two major updates but also shows some unannounced Samsung Galaxy devices.

If the Galaxy S6 series gets the Oreo update this year or next year, there might be a chance that Samsung will provide three years of updates to all the supported Samsung Galaxy devices.
