After launching the Vivo X21 smartphone recently, Vivo has launched another new smartphone Vivo V9 in the V series. It comes with dual rear cameras and runs on the latest Android 8.1 OS out of the box. It has a cut-out full-screen display and has iPhone X-like look.

Vivo V9 Price
The Vivo V9 is priced at 10,999 Thai Baht (around $350) and is available for pre-orders in Thailand from today and will go on sale from March 30th. In the Philippines, it’s priced at 17,990 Philippine Piso (around $343. Vivo V9 is also launched in India and is available for sale priced at Rs. 22990.
Vivo V9 Specifications
The Vivo V9 features a metal and glass design and comes with a 6.3-inch Full HD+ 19:9 IPS display and 2280Â x 1080 pixels resolution. It is powered by a 2.2GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 626 Mobile Platform with Adreno 506 GPU. It comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage capacity that is expandable up to 256GB with a microSD card slot. It runs on the Funtouch OS 4.0 based on Android 8.1 (Oreo) out of the box and supports dual-SIMs.
It features a dual rear camera with a 16-megapixel camera with LED flash along with a secondary 5-megapixel camera. It also comes with a 24-megapixel front-facing camera with soft LED flash. It has a 3260mAh battery and supports 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, and GPS connectivity options. It has a fingerprint sensor on the rear side. It measures 154.81 x 75.03 x 7.89mm and weighs 150 grams.
Vivo has just announced a new variant of the Vivo V9 smartphone that was announced back in March this year. The company has launched the upgraded Vivo V9 6GB variant that comes with 6Gigs of RAM instead of 4GB RAM and has an upgraded Snapdragon 660 processor instead of Snapdragon 626. However, the company has downgraded the cameras of the smartphone.
The Vivo V9 6GB is priced at 4,299,000 Indonesian Rupiah (around $301) and comes with Black and Red colour options. It is available for pre-order on the JD Indonesia website till July 5th and will be available for sale starting from July 6th in Indonesia.
