Chinese smartphone manufacturer, Huawei, is all set to launch a new mid-range smartphone with Huawei GFY-AL00 model number that has cleared TENAA. It is not clear with what name this device will be launched but judging from the specifications, it will be launched in the Huawei Enjoy series. This device has no 5G connectivity support but it has a bigger battery. The listing doesn’t have all the specifications listed but it still confirms a few of them. Also, the images from the TENAA listing reveal that this device will have a design like the recently launched Huawei Pura series.
Huawei GFY-AL00 TENAA Leaked Specs
As per the TENAA listing for GFY-AL00, this device will have a 6.75-inch IPS LCD TFT HD+ display with 1600×720 pixel resolution, and 16.7 million colours. it is powered by a 2.4GHz octa-core Kirin processor expected to be the Kirin 960 Soc. It comes with 8GB of RAM and 128GB/256GB inbuilt storage options with no mention of an expandable storage option. It has a dual rear camera with a 50-megapixel main camera and a 2-megapixel secondary camera with an LED Flash. On the front, we have an 8-megapixel camera.
The device runs on the HarmonyOS out of the box and will support Dual-SIMs. The listing shows it has a 5900mAh battery but it will be marketed as a 6,000mAh battery. Connectivity options available will be 4G LTE FDD (Band 1, Band 3, Band 5, Band 8), TD LTE (Band 38, Band 39, Band 40, Band 41(2500-2690 MHZ), GSM, WCDMA, Bluetooth and USB. This device measures 168.3×77.7×8.93 mm and weighs 207 grams. The listing also mentions some sensors like a Gravity sensor, distance sensor, light sensor and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
We can see this device launching soon as it recently received the 3C certification as well. The 3C certification, however, hasn’t revealed the device specs apart from the connectivity options. Huawei recently launched the new Pura series devices Pura 70, Pura 70 Ultra, Pura 70 Pro+ and Pura 70 Pro. These devices are launched with top-end specifications like bigger displays, Triple rear cameras, bigger batteries, 5G connectivity and the latest Kirin 9010 SoC.
