Sony has launched three new smartphones Sony Xperia 1 III, Xperia 10 III and Xperia 5 III in the Xperia series of smartphones. Out of these, the Xperia 10 III comes with mid-range specifications while the other two new Sony smartphones come with flagship specifications with Snapdragon 888 SoC. The company hasn’t yet revealed the pricing details of all these three devices that will be announced before the sale of these phones which will be in early summer, according to Sony.
The Xperia 10 III will be available with Black, Blue, White and Pink colour options, the Xperia 1 III will be available with Frosted Black and Frosted Purple colours while the Xperia 5 III will be available with Black, Green and Pink colour options.
Sony Xperia 10 III Specs
The Sony Xperia 10 III comes with a 6-inch Full HD+ OLED 21:9 aspect ratio Wide display with 97% DCI-P3, 10-bit tonal gradation, Triluminous display for mobile, Corning Gorilla Glass 6 protection and 2520 x 1080 pixels resolution. It is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 690 8nm Mobile Platform (2GHz x 2+1.8GHz x 6 Kryo 560 CPUs) with Adreno 619L GPU. It comes with 6GB of LPDDR4x RAM with 128GB (UFS 2.1) internal storage that is expandable up to 1TB with a microSD card. It runs on the Android 11 OS out of the box and supports hybrid Dual SIM slots.
It has a triple rear camera with a 12-megapixel main camera with LED flash, f/1.8 aperture, 1/2.8″ sensor, 75° wide-angle lens, an 8-megapixel telephoto lens with f/2.4 aperture, 1/4″ sensor for up to 10x hybrid zoom and another 8-megapixel 1/4″ 120° ultra-wide-angle lens with f/2.2 aperture. It also has an 8-megapixel front camera with f/2.0 aperture, 1/4″ sensor, 1.12μm pixel size, and 78° wide-angle lens. It has a 4500mAh battery with up to 30W (USB PD) fast charging, Xperia Adaptive Charging, battery care and STAMINA Mode.
It has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and supports water-resistant (IPX5/IPX8) and Dustproof (IP6X) ratings. It has 5G (sub-6GHz) / 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz / 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.1, GPS/ GLONASS, NFC, USB 3.1 Type-C, 3.5 mm audio jack connectivity options and other features like DSEE Ultimate, Stereo Recording and Qualcomm aptX HD audio7. Sony Xperia 1 III Specs
