Motorola today announced two new smartphones in the Moto G series Moto G50 and Moto G100 with Moto G50 having mid-range specifications while the Moto G10 has flagship specifications. The Moto G50 and Moto G100 both come with 5G connectivity and both carry a 5000mAh battery. The G50 has a Snapdragon 480 5G processor while the Moto G100 comes with a Snapdragon 870 5G SoC.

Moto G50 Price
The Moto G50 is priced at €249.99 and will be available in European countries in the coming weeks with Steel Grey and Aqua Green colour options.
Moto G100 Price
The Moto G100 is the global variant of the Motorola Edge S smartphone launched in January this year. It is priced at €499.99 for the 4GB + 64GB variant and £449.99 for the 128GB variant with 4GB of RAM. It will be available in Europe, the UK and Latin American markets with Iridescent Ocean and Iridescent Sky colour options.
Moto G50 Specs
The Moto G50 features a 6.5-inch HD+ MaxVision 20:9 aspect ratio display with a 90Hz refresh rate and 1600 x 720 pixels resolution. It has an octa-core Snapdragon 480 8nm Mobile Platform (2GHz x 2+1.8GHz x 6 Kryo 540 CPUs) with Adreno 619 GPU and comes with 4GB of RAM with 64GB / 128GB internal storage options with expandable storage up to 1TB with microSD card slot. It runs on the Android 11 OS out of the box and comes with a Hybrid Dual SIM (nano + nano / microSD) option.
It has a triple rear camera with a 48-megapixel main camera with f/1.7 aperture, Quad Pixel technology, LED flash, a 2-megapixel depth sensor and a 5-megapixel macro sensor camera with f/2.4 aperture. It also has a 13-megapixel front camera with an f/2.2 aperture. This device has a 5,000 mAh battery with 15W charging support and connectivity options available are Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz|5GHz), Bluetooth 5.0, GPS + GLONASS, NFC, USB Type-C, 3.5mm audio jack and other options like FM Radio, Bottom-ported speaker with smart PA and a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. The device also comes with a splash-resistant P2i coating. It measures 164.9 x 74.9 x 8.95 mm and weighs 192 grams.

The Moto G100 comes with a 6.7-inch Full HD+ LCD screen with a 21:9 aspect ratio, 90Hz refresh rate, 560 nits brightness, HDR10, DCI-P3 Color Gamut and 2520× 1080 pixels resolution. It is powered by an octa-core (1 x 3.2GHz + 3 x 2.42GHz + 4 x 1.8GHz Hexa) Snapdragon 870 7nm Mobile Platform with Adreno 650 GPU. It comes with 8GB of LPPDDR5 RAM with 128GB (UFS 3.1) inbuilt storage and 12GB LPPDDR5 RAM + 256GB (UFS 3.1) inbuilt storage variant. It comes with Dual SIM (nano + nano) support and runs on the Android 11 OS out-of-the-box stock experience.
It has a quad-rear camera with a 64-megapixel main camera with f/1.7 aperture, PDAF, LED flash, a 16-megapixel 121° ultra-wide-angle lens with PDAF, 2.8cm macro, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, a ToF sensor, and audio zoom.
