Another Chinese company Meizu has announced a bunch of new devices today for the Chinese market with the names Meizu 16X, Meizu X8, Meizu V8 and Meizu V8 Pro. The Meizu V8 has a single camera on the rear side while all the other three smartphones from the company come with a dual rear camera setup the Meizu 16X features an in-fingerprint scanner while the other has the fingerprint scanner on the rear sides. The Meizu 16X is priced at 2098 yuan (around $206) for the 64GB inbuilt storage variant and 2398 yuan (around $349) for the 128GB storage variant.
The 16X is available for pre-orders starting today and will be available for sale from September 26 in China with Black, White and Gold colour options. The Meizu X8 comes in Black, Blue and White colours and will be available for sale in China starting from October 15th. It is priced at 1598 yuan (around $230 for the 4GB + 64GB variant, 1798 yuan (around $262) for the 6GB + 64GB variant and 1998 yuan (around $291) for the 6GB + 128GB variant. The Meizu V8 is priced at 799 yuan (around $116) while the Meizu V8 Pro is priced at 1098 yuan (around $160).

It has a dual rear camera setup with a 12-megapixel camera with a wide-angle lens, 1/2.3″ Sony IMX380 sensor, 1.55μm pixel size, f/1.8 aperture, Four-axis OIS, PDAF, Laser auto-focus along with a secondary 20-megapixel telephoto lens, Sony IMX350 sensor, f/2.6 aperture, 6-LED ring LED flash. It has a 20-megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture, AI face unlocks.
It has an in-display fingerprint sensor and a 3.5mm audio jack with dual speakers support as well. It has a 3100mAh battery with charge fast charging and supports Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS, and USB Type-C. It measures 151×73.5×7.5mm and weighs 154 grams.
The Meizu X8 features a 6.2-inch Full HD+ display with 1500: 1 contrast ratio, 450cd/m2 (typical) brightness, 83% NTSC color gamut, 401 PPI and 2220 x 1080 pixels resolution and is powered by an Octa-Core Snapdragon 710 10nm Mobile Platform (Dual 2.2GHz Kryo 360 + Hexa 1.7GHz Kryo 360 CPUs) with Adreno 616 GPU. It comes with 4GB / 6GB RAM with 64GB / 128GB (UFS 2.1) internal storage options runs on the Android 8.1 (Oreo) with Flyme OS and supports Dual SIMs.
