Huawei’s Honor has launched the all-new Huawei Honor V10 smartphone in an official event in China today It comes with a full-view display and has Huawei’s Kirin processor. The Huawei V10 is the successor to the Huawei V9 smartphone that was launched in February earlier this year. The Honor V10 is priced at 2699 yuan (around $409) for the 4GB RAM + 64GB internal storage variant, 2999 yuan (around $455) for the 6GB RAM + 64GB inbuilt storage variant while the high-end variant with 6GB RAM + 128GB internal storage is priced at 3499 yuan (around $530).
The Huawei Honor V10 is currently available for pre-order in China via Vmall and will be available for sale starting from December 5th in China. The company, however, hasn’t announced any plans for its global launch at the event.

The Huawei Honor V10 will be available in Black, Aurora Blue, Gold and Red colour options. it comes with ultra-narrow bezels and runs on the Android Oreo OS out of the box. It features a 5.99-inch Full HD+ 18:9 full-view display with 2160 x 1080 pixels resolution and is powered by the latest octa-core Huawei Kirin 970 (4 x 2.4 GHz A73+ 4 x 1.8 GHz A53) 10nm processor with i7 co-processor and Mali-G72 MP12 GPU.
It has multiple variants including 4GB of RAM + 64GB internal storage, 6GB RAM with 64GB /128GB internal storage options with all supporting expandable storage up to 256GB with the help of a microSD card slot. It runs on the Android 8.0 (Oreo) based EMUI 8.0 and supports Hybrid Dual SIMs.
It features a dual rear camera with 16-megapixel RGB + 20-megapixel Monochrome cameras with f/1.8 aperture, LED flash, PDAF, CAF, and 4K video recording. The rear camera also comes with an Artificial intelligence engine that comes with Real-Time Scene and Object Recognition functionality for automatically choosing the perfect camera settings for any environment.
It also comes with a 13-megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture, AI selfie portraits and face unlock. It is backed up by a 3750mAh battery with Super Charge fast charging technology that can charge the device from 0% to 50% in just half an hour. It comes with 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11ac (2.4GHz/5GHz), Bluetooth 4.2 LE, GPS, USB Type-C, and NFC connectivity options. It measures 157 × 74.98 × 6.97mm and weighs 172 grams.
To recall, the Honor V9 was launched with a 5.7-inch Quad HD display with 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution and a pixel density of 515 ppi, 2.4GHz Kirin 960 octa-core processor with Mali G71 MP8 GPU, a 4GB RAM + 64GB inbuilt storage, 4GB RAM + 64GB inbuilt storage and 6GB RAM + 128GB inbuilt storage capacity, MicroSD card expandable storage slot with up to 128GB storage, Android 7.0 Nougat OS with EMUI 5.0, hybrid dual-SIM slot.
It has a dual rear camera with a 12-megapixel monochrome sensor along with a 12MP RGB sensor with f/2.2 aperture, laser autofocus and dual-tone LED Flash, an 8-megapixel front-facing camera, a 4,000mAh non-removable battery, connectivity options available are 4G, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.2 LE, GPS, GLONASS, NFC, 3.5mm Audio port, a fingerprint sensor and a USB Type-C 2.0 port. It measures 157 × 77.5 × 6.97 mm and weighs 184 grams.
