Now a new leaked screenshot from the device confirms the design of the device and the leaked images also confirm that it will not be having the modular design like its predecessor. The leaked image from the device also confirmed that this device will feature an always-on display.
The leaked images further confirm a bezel-less display with rounded corners for the device and will also feature a dual-camera setup on the rear panel with LED flash and a fingerprint scanner right below the dual camera module. On the top front, we have the front camera on the left, some sensors with a speaker grill in the center and below the 5.7-inch display we have the LG logo.
On the back panel, as we discussed earlier, we have the dual camera setup and a round-shaped fingerprint scanner. The bottom of the device comes with ‘G6’ branding and some speakers are also near the branding. The antenna lines are present on top and bottom of the device and the volume buttons along with the power button are available on the right side.
The recent rumours claim that the LG G6 will have a 5.7-inch QHD+ display with a 1440×2880 pixels resolution of 564 pixels per inch. It will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 SoC with 4GB of RAM and a 32GB inbuilt storage option. It will be backed up by a 3200mAh battery. It will also have a USB-Type C port and will also have a 3.5mm headphone jack.
It is also rumored to have Google Assistant out of the box which will make it the second to have it after Google Pixel phones. Other specifications are currently unknown for this device and we have to wait for the official event where we will get the full details about this device. Stay tuned.
